Developer

We are looking for a talented and seasoned .NET developer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. At this time, we would prefer someone with mid-level experience and skills. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the conceptualization, development, and refinement of top-tier software solutions, utilizing the comprehensive capabilities of the .NET framework.

You will be tasked with crafting and deploying robust and efficient code and ensuring the highest standard of quality in our software deliverables. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our software development processes and contribute to your career growth at the same time.

Main responsibilities:

  • Involvement in an ongoing software development project
  • Taking part in the analysis of technical requirements and in writing technical specifications
  • Developing key components in the project
  • Taking part in the further development of applications
  • Participation in code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior developers
  • Testing and debugging, as well as writing unit tests to ensure the reliability and performance of software components
  • Deployment and DevOps, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automation of deployment processes and ensuring smooth application releases
  • Collaborating and working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives

Applicants should have the following set of skills:

  • At least 2 years of work experience with the following technologies: C#, .NET Framework, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework/Dapper, ASP MVC
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
  • Strong coding skills, including proficiency in data structures, algorithms, error handling, and design patterns
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Skills in developing and documenting Sprint Stories with fellow team members

The following skills and experience will offer applications a bonus:

  • A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Having work experience with Azure
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js)
  • Good understanding of code versioning tools, particularly Git or Bitbucket
  • Priore exposure to Continuous Integration practices
  • Experience in working with product owners towards defining implementations with the best value/effort ratio
  • The capacity to create and use automated tests (unit, API, integration, function) in a continuous integration environment
  • Experience in the implementation of best practices, following the guidance of a Lead Developer and proposing process enhancements
