When Carfix suggested we work with Experto, we eagerly accepted the new challenge and were quite enthusiastic about it too.
It's an understatement to say that our lives changed profoundly four years ago. As we navigate the effects of Covid-19, it has not only transformed the way we live and prompted us to reevaluate aspects of our social life but also our work-life balance. When workers came back into the office, workplace safety, staff training and wellbeing were no longer just about compliance, but also about the added value companies gave their staff.
Experto is a work safety management platform that helps efficiently manage activities aimed at preventing accidents and occupational diseases within an organization. Experto aims to enable organizations to manage data and information more easily in a digital, centralized, and easily accessible manner, eliminating any risk of getting lost in paperwork or losing important information. Employees can undergo occupational safety and health (OSH) training on Experto, so the benefits are not limited to managers.
Experto was created to meet the growing demands of today's workplace, prioritizing efficiency. Developed by eJump, the website and app were carefully designed with both user-friendly front-end features and efficient back-end functionalities to enhance user experience and optimize service management for the company. The focus was on intuitive UI, especially for new users: companies could be registered, and activities and information slowly added and used.
eJump developed Experto using tried-and-tested technologies, specifically leveraging React for the front-end and Laravel (Orbit) for the backend. The component-based architecture of React ensured a uniform and responsive user experience across various devices and screen dimensions for Experto, functioning easily on multiple platforms. Incorporating Orbit, a specialized component of Laravel, allowed us to build a robust and efficient backend infrastructure for Experto. In terms of design, we focused our efforts on enhancing user experience by introducing features that guarantee security while simplifying access. An example is the link-based login functionality. This feature is specifically tailored for employees of businesses using the Experto website, enabling convenient access to their accounts via a link provided by the business’s administrator.
Additional features were included to allow risk assessments, reporting incidents and training for workers within the company. With usefulness for both managers and employees, Experto aimed to reduce the communicational clutter pertaining to many heavily regulated HR activities. It even issues files related to workplace safety and allows the use of electronic signatures.
Additionally, the website included demos for would-be customers, allowing them to see how Experto functions without having to purchase a package beforehand.

The link-based login feature was designed specifically for employees utilising the Experto website, allowing them easy access to their accounts through a link supplied by the company's administrator.
By allowing electronic signatures, use of backoffice features and by automatically generated workplace safety documents, Experto minimizes the work of your company’s HR.
