When fun gets a digital transformation, things get really interesting. That was the case of dinoparc.ro – the online platform for the largest dinosaur themed park in South-Eastern Europe – Râșnov’s Dino Parc. As would-be explorers, we were enthusiastic about working with the closest thing to a real-life Jurassic Park. This quickly morphed from a gig into a passion project for our team. Conan PR contacted us to offer DinoParc both a new website and an e-commerce management tool. With a growing number of customers and the associated administrative work, the end client needed to balance promotional work for their park online with overhead-reducing management solutions.
eJump was contracted to offer Dino Parc a modern online presence and to help it simplify park management, all in one swoop. We created a simple, attractive design to fit the theme of the project. It used WordPress and WooCommerce, as well as custom solutions. Multiple back-end integrations allowed for simplified visitor yield management while also ensuring a smooth end-user experience. The new tracked ticket scanning (in the park, with a mobile app) enabled an overview of which tickets were used or not, while automatic processes for faster and better management of orders, invoices and documents helped make Dino Parc a much easier business to run.
Does this sound like a lot? It pretty much is, but today Dino Pac can boast a state-of-the-art online presence and internal management system. What more could a tourism-oriented enterprise want?
